Organic V.S. Natural Food: What's the Difference?

Who really cares? Is just means the it's healthier for you and there aren't any preservatives, right? Not exactly. Any "organic" foods are clarified by the FDA or USDA, while natural aren't always. If you look at the chart, organic foods are made with no preservatives, GMO's, or any other manufactured, synthetic products. Why's that? Because the USDA inspects the companies that produce organic foods, while natural foods (although called "natural") can be still processed with preservatives. Then, how do you know what's healthier? The USDA label is a guarantee that the product is organic.

So next time you go grocery shopping, keep on the lookout for "natural" products; you wouldn't believe what you what find out.
