Plants of the Season: Fall

Now, even though it's cold outside, and you might think you need to wait 'till spring to plant, you actually plant certain flowers ahead of time so that they bloom in the spring. For flowers outside, plant spring-flowering bulbs, like daffodils and tulips*. For planting veggies outside, try onions, garlic, strawberry, and asparagus*. There are a lot of great sites listed below that you can try. I highly suggest websites like Urban Farmer* or Old Farmer's Almanac*, since they can give you more specific directions to plant, based on where you live.

Where ever you live, whenever you want, I wish you the best of luck with your plants! Have fun!
