What is a puppy mill? A puppy mill is an establishment that breeds puppies for sale, typically on an intensive basis and in conditions regarded as inhumane {definition from Google}. Puppy mills are cruel to animals and should be stopped. These horrid places are usually old, abandoned places, hidden from the public. They breed dogs based on the demands. If the new popular type of dog is a dog with brown fur, then they will consistently force brown dogs to breed over and over to produce more and more of the same type of dog. The dogs aren't feed well, nor bathed.
